So, I just moved into a new home, and let me tell you – the water from the fridge was not the best tasting.
I looked online and saw this filter had the highest ratings at this price range, I decided to make the investment, and I am glad I did.

Just on my first glass of water, I could taste the change. It was refreshing and crisp and tasted cleaner, that’s the best way I can describe it. – It makes me feel more enticed to drink water every day and that is more than what I paid for.

In my opinion its the best bang for your buck. It beats out other filters, maybe not the more expensive ones, but for this price range I don’t think there is anything better for the price.

It also feels like it’s built well and will last.

QUICK TIP: run the water for a bit after installing it to clear out any factory debris or build up before serving yourself.

Overall, as a minimalist I really judge my products on whether or not they are useful to me, and this does feel like a good investment. An affordable, high-quality fix for fridge water, I say snag the purple gem.

After purchasing a replacement refrigerator-freezer combo, I was happy untiI it came time to replace the water filter. Having done this several times with my older model,, I expected it would cost roughly the same. I was wrong. This fiter is not compact and costs waymore then what I expected. Will I get longer service from it? Only time will tell. On the feel-good side, it’s easy to change, residing at the bottom inside the freezer compartment door, which I like. But had I known the price before I bought the new refrigerator, I might have considered other models.

Filter is easy to swap out; just pull out the old one and snap the new one in place. Then you need to run a lot of water through the fridge dispenser to get rid of air and small filter particles. I’m happy to use the manufacturer’s brand filter, as it meets materials and filtration standards. Water tastes great!

I’m normally not the guy who says “just get the expensive national brand” for most stuff. For a lot of things, you can find a better deal on something that’s… well, not junk, but not super expensive. And most of the time you’re paying for a name on the box, not for what’s in the box. This is true for tons of household items, and I buy plenty of things where something other than the national brand was better and cheaper.

People, this is YOUR DRINKING WATER. Do you want to fool around with that? The manufacturing processes of some of those companies you’ve never heard of, for cheap inexpensive products, matters a lot less when you’re buying a box fan or a flashlight. When you’re buying something that touches every ounce of water you put in your family’s mouth? Please, don’t mess around with a weird vendor who has no accountability to you or your health.

This is the filter I need for my refrigerator. I have gotten them in the past from Lowes, and also from Whirlpool.

We order this filter every time we need one for our Whirlpool refrigerator. It arrives on time and is easy to install.

We bought a new refrigerator, so we decided to buy the recommended water filter, and put it on every 6 months automatic shipment to get the deal.

The previous one lasted me a year until my refrigerator gave me filter warning signal.

This was easy to install and works fine. It’s not nearly as cheap as knockoff filters you can get. At least, however, because Easydrop is authorized by Whirlpool, I have no concerns that my refrigerator will fail to recognize that a new filter has been installed. That’s why I was willing to pay a little more.

This was so easy to replace and has been working great since installing!

I purchase this product twice a year. The price is consistent with the local stores.

I have this on autoship every six months, as soon as indicator light shows, this is on my doorstep.

My make and model require this specific whirlpool filter. It is easy to install and is about the same price as purchasing from All-Filters or Whirlpool. You may as well get Amazon credit for this purchase.

We have tried other compatible water filters. Those gave our water a different taste. We went back to this brand and will not change. We recommend this for the best filtration and taste.

I previously would purchase compatible filters and and not the OE filters due to cost. And besides, the non OE products usually do just fine. No, not in this case. Using the other brands would not resolve the water having that tap, from a can taste and always thought it was just how the water is at my home. One day, I thought to purchase the actual OE filter as it was supplied when the refrigerator was brand new. What a difference. Water tastes clean and pure. I will continue to spend just a bit more and stick to the OE filters.

It fits my whirlpool fridge perfectly and I can order when I need it!

Bought several times, good part and delivery. If it works in your fridge this is a good place to get them.

Maybe I got a bad batch of kenmore filters for my kenmore side by side. First one worked second the door didn’t close. Bought these and door closes.

Came really quick and was a lot less expensive. We tried to buy it at Walmart and they were all out…but it worked out, because it was a better price.

Usually purchase at my local hardware store but they were low on stock! Glad I came here! Fits perfect for my refrigerator type! Will be purchasing more. They last for about 6 months. Nowadays most refrigerators should have an indicator when it’s ready for another one!
